Welcome to the 4th annual JQT Heritage Month!

For PART TWO of our festival, JQT Vancouver was excited to officially launch the online exhibit of 🌟THE BC JEWISH QUEER & TRANS ORAL HISTORY PROJECT🌟 on Sunday, May 28, 2023 from 1-3PM in the Zack Gallery at the Jewish Community Centre of Greater Vancouver.

🎉Everyone was invited to attend this hybrid event—in person at the JCC or virtually via livestream on JQT’s Facebook page—to celebrate 100 years of Jewish queer and trans history in BC with our guests of honour: our interviewees!!!

🔊The program included invited speakers from the Musqueam, Vancouver Pride Society, Jewish Community Centre, Jewish Museum & Archives of BC, The ArQuives: Canada’s LGBTQ2+ Archives, and of course, the curation team from JQT Vancouver.

Doors open at 12:30PM.

This event is free. Scroll down for accessibility info. Light refreshments and drinks (alcoholic + non-alcoholic) will be provided.
